Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy haul transportation or related field.
• 3+ years in supervision or people-management.
• Proven leadership in 3PL, complex logistics, or transportation operations.
• Strong OS/OW transportation, routing, and permitting knowledge.
• Understanding of DOT regulations and industry practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily heavy haul operations with clear communication and SOPs.
• Oversee OS/OW transportation projects and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate on pricing, RFQ reviews, and project feasibility.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, and other departments for alignment.
• Drive process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Maintain compliance and accurate operational records.
