Momentum Transportation USA, an award-winning Landstar Agent, seeks a Heavy Haul Operations Manager to lead the heavy haul team and drive safe, efficient movement of oversized cargo. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate cross-functional support, and partner with sales and billing to meet customers' expectations while pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy haul transportation operations.
• Supervisory experience of teams and mentoring.
• PMP or equivalent project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring workload balance and productivity.
• Promote employee development and retention through training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with sales and billing teams to meet service standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements across the heavy haul operations.
