Job summary

Wolfe House & Building Movers seeks a Super Load Dispatcher and Permit Specialist in the United States to coordinate routes and secure multi-state oversize permits for heavy-haul projects. You will guide drivers and field teams to ensure safe, legal movements of critical infrastructure.

The role requires 2–5 years in OSOW permitting, strong TMS and GPS skills, and the ability to communicate complex requirements with state agencies and utilities under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of OSOW permitting experience in trucking.
• Heavy haul dispatching experience highly preferred.
• Proficient with TMS, GPS tracking, and permit routing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with officials.
• H.S. diploma or higher; logistics degree preferred for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Permit acquisition & management for oversize/overweight loads.
• Route planning around bridges and low-clearance areas.
• Dispatch and fleet coordination to meet project timelines.
• Maintain DOT and OSHA compliance records.
