Job summary

Wolfe House & Building Movers, LLC. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Super Load Dispatcher and Permit Specialist to coordinate oversize/overweight cargo, plan routes, acquire complex permits, and guide drivers and field teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative experience in trucking with oversize/overweight (OSOW) permitting.
• Experience in heavy haul dispatching is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate heavy-haul dispatching and permit acquisition.
• Plan intricate routes and secure multi-state 'super load' permits.
• Provide real-time guidance to drivers and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA safety regulations.
