Job summary

Wolfe House & Building Movers, LLC. seeks a Super Load Dispatcher and Permit Specialist to coordinate multi-state oversize/overweight transport logistics.

You will manage permit acquisition, route planning, dispatching, and compliance to support critical infrastructure moves in Pennsylvania and beyond. The role requires 2–5 years in trucking administration with OSOW permitting, strong communication, and proficiency with TMS and routing tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of administrative trucking experience in oversize/overweight permitting.
• Experience in heavy-haul dispatching is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with officials and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Permit Acquisition & Management: administer all special hauling permits and ensure accuracy.
• Technical Route Planning: plot safe routes using routing software and evaluate load dimensions.
• Dispatch & Fleet Coordination: schedule dispatch and communicate with drivers for OD loads.
• Compliance & Record-Keeping: maintain DOT/OSHA compliance and keep detailed records.
