HOLT CAT is seeking an experienced heavy haul driver to transport industrial and CAT construction equipment to customer locations and branch stores. You must have a Class A CDL, valid Texas license, and a clean driving record, plus at least five years of verifiable experience.

Travel up to 100% and strict adherence to safety rules are required. The role emphasizes safety, documentation accuracy, and customer satisfaction while meeting state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of verifiable heavy haul driving experience.
• Experience operating 7- to 8-axle trucks.
• Valid Texas CDL Class A license and ability to maintain license.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Transports all equipment deliveries and pickups safely and promptly.
• Completes DOT logs daily and conducts pre/post-trip inspections.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal guidelines for safe transport.
• Maintains documentation for rentals, check-outs/check-ins and receipts.
• Upholds company safety policies and keeps vehicle clean and operational.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% as required.
