Qualifications

Five years of verifiable heavy haul driving experience preferred.
Must obtain a DOT Physical and possess a valid CDL-A with endorsements.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
Ability to perform accurate daily logs and inspections.
Experience with equipment securing and state/federal transport guidelines.

Responsibilities

Transports equipment deliveries and pickups safely and efficiently.
Secures equipment onto the truck; ensures compliance with guidelines.
Completes DOT-required daily logs and inspection reports.
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and coordinates with other departments.
Produces all necessary paperwork: rental agreements, check-in/out, permits, receipts.
Ensures shop appearance, tools, inventory and safety standards are maintained.
Carries out pre/post-trip inspections and reports defects.
Works safely and adheres to company policies and procedures.
