Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of equipment operational experience.
• 2-4+ years' experience training others on equipment operations.
• High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct technical training on heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
• Confer with management and customers to determine operator training needs.
• Schedule classes with the Training Coordinator based on demand and equipment availability.
• Administer written and practical exams; write performance reports to evaluate trainee progress.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time to deliver on-site training.
• Maintain safety, equipment readiness, and training documentation; ensure timely expense reporting.
