Job summary

FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking a General Operator with at least 5 years of experience to support earthmoving and site development across the Southwestern United States.

The role requires safe operation of excavators, dozers, loaders, and scrapers, along with daily inspections and adherence to safety policies. You will work with supervisors and crews to meet project specs, perform pre/post shift checks, log reports, and respond to signals from trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Must adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety training and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment and complete required logs/reports.
• Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment (backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, graders).
• Coordinate with crew to meet daily schedules and respond to signals from other trades.
• Inspect, clean, and perform light maintenance and report malfunctions.
