FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking a General Operator to safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders to support earthmoving and site development projects in the Southwestern United States.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors and crew members to meet production goals while adhering to safety policies. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience and a strong commitment to safety, with the ability to work across multiple sites and shifts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a General Operator or similar role.
• Ability to operate multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to policies.

Responsabilités

• Complete all required safety training and participate in TBT and safety meetings.
• Perform pre and post shift inspections of equipment and complete logs/reports.
• Operate equipment in accordance with company safety programs.
• Safely operate backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders and graders.
• Drive and control equipment for road work, excavation, and lifting tasks.
• Coordinate with crew members to meet daily schedules and project needs.
• Inspect, clean, and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
