FNF Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to support earthwork, grading, demolition, pipe installation, and roadway construction across the Southwest. Proficient operation of bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, and backhoes is required, with emphasis on safety and daily equipment inspections.

You will travel to various job sites, work in varied weather, and assist crews to maintain efficient progress and schedule adherence while ensuring safety and quality on every task.

Competenze

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers and backhoes.
• Ability to perform daily pre-checks, post-trips and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Comfort with reading grade stakes and following GPS machine controls on site.

Mansioni

• Follow safety-sensitive protocols and operate equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Operate heavy and light construction equipment including bulldozers, loaders, excavators, rollers, and backhoes.
• Perform earthwork operations: excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, slope cutting, ditch shaping and demolitions.
• Install underground utilities safely around existing lines and structures.
• Use GPS machine controls and adhere to grade stakes and supervisor directions.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects or repair needs.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe around active construction zones.
• Travel to and between job sites; work overtime to meet project schedules.
