Bottom Line Equipment in Beaumont, TX is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair heavy equipment at customer sites. The role requires owning a tools set and independent work capability, with opportunities for hands-on training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy equipment; aerial work platforms, earthmoving and mobile crane equipment preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Capable of performing annual certifications and inspections.
• Independent worker with good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and committed to quality and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use hand tools, with own tool set.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete repairs on heavy equipment and attachments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with safety rules.
• Perform general maintenance of shop tools and equipment.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; operate shop forklift as needed.
• Load/unload trucks and manage parts flow; assist in welding/cutting as required.
• Inspect parts and report defective material to management.
• Ensure cosmetic appearance meets company standards after repairs.
• Maintain detailed records for time, parts and purchases; conduct diagnostic inspections and certifications.
