Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in heavy civil construction to lead project life cycles from planning to completion. Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in a superintendent role in construction.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, safety management, and subcontractor oversight.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project goals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within scope delivery.
• Supervise activities, ensure compliance with specs, safety standards, and quality control.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, manage construction processes.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, control costs and ensure financial accountability.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage client, stakeholder, subcontractor, and staff relationships for efficient collaboration.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
