Qualifications

• Experience in heavy highway/paving/civil project management.
• Knowledge of state DOT regulations.
• Getting proper certifications.
• Building relationships with vendors to get best pricing.
• Data entry including order entry, purchasing, and scheduling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage large civil/heavy highway projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with plans/specs and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate ordering of products per plans and specs; manage purchasing and scheduling deliveries.
• Work with customers and vendors to ensure pricing and delivery accuracy.
• Organize paperwork and track progress across the project lifecycle.
