Jobot is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to lead field staff across structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, and utilities on a large heavy civil project in the Kansas City area.

The role requires a BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5-7+ years of onsite general contracting experience. A successful candidate will integrate safety, quality, and budget controls to deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead field staff in construction of the entire project.
• Manage all scopes: structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water.
• Provide leadership to project staff and ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
