Job summary

GPAC seeks a Project Manager to lead large heavy civil infrastructure projects in Southern California. You will own complex scopes, drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and manage multi-disciplinary teams with clients, engineers, and regulators through project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy civil PM, strong project controls, and a proven ability to mentor field staff while maintaining clear client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in heavy civil construction, preferably in Southern California.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-discipline contracts and lead teams.
• Mastery of project controls, forecasting, procurement, risk, and scheduling.
• Strong leadership with transparent client and regulator communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex public and private infrastructure projects from award to completion.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with engineers, clients, and regulators.
• Ensure safety, quality, budget integrity, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee project controls including forecasting, procurement, risk, and scheduling.
