Job summary

Software Placement Group in Riverside, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects for our self-performing team.

You will manage preconstruction through closeout, own budget and profitability, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and field staff to meet milestones.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in heavy civil construction, California public works experience, and a track record of delivering on schedule and within budget; on-site with regional travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive heavy civil construction experience.
• 5+ years PM experience managing heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financial performance including budget, revenue and margin.
• Develop cost-to-complete forecasts and monthly projections.
• Coordinate self-performed scopes and subcontractor performance.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships.
