GPAC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and highway construction initiatives, including roadway and sitework packages. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and financial goals are met.

The ideal candidate brings a strong DOT/public works background, excels in coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and project finances, and communicates effectively with owners and inspectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing heavy civil or highway projects.
• Experience with DOT/public works preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Strong scheduling and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and project controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead heavy civil/highway projects from award to completion.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Manage billing, pay applications, and financial tracking.
• Coordinate with owners, DOT agencies, engineers, and inspectors.
• Lead project meetings and be primary point of contact.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track procurement and logistics.
• Ensure safety compliance and project specifications.
• Support closeout and final documentation.
