You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to deliver projects on time and within contract terms. The role requires mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other salaried staff, while managing risks, change orders, and project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management or civil engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing heavy-civil construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage safety, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects or major projects valued at $25M+.
• Maintain responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Direct all phases from preconstruction to closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and equipment.
• Identify risks and implement timely solutions; support estimating and field operations.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other salaried staff.
