Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead roadway and bridge projects in Virginia. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, agencies, and subcontractors.

This is a high-responsibility role with ownership of project outcomes in a self-perform environment. The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of heavy civil PM experience, a civil engineering/CM background, OSHA 30, and familiarity with HeavyJob, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing heavy/highway, road, or bridge civil construction projects.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy highway, road, and bridge projects from planning through closeout.
• Own schedule, budget, cost control, forecasting, change orders, documentation, and closeout.
• Act as main project contact for owners, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
