Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for estimates and proposals with cost analysis and takeoffs.
• Oversee all capital bids before submission.
• Delegate new opportunities within estimating team.
• Evaluate subcontract cost estimates and prepare final owner estimate.
• Drive National Opportunities Reporting.
• Negotiate with subcontractors during bidding and maintain vendor lists.
• Ensure high-quality bids in a high-volume environment.
