Jacobs is seeking a Heavy Civil Senior Estimator to develop capital cost estimates for transportation and transit projects across the Eastern region, including hybrid work arrangements. You will review proposals, validate changes, and interface with clients to present capital costs.

Qualifications

• Extensive estimating and construction experience related to heavy civil construction.
• Progressive and successful cost estimating experience in transportation projects.
• Proficient use of MS Office products, HCSS (HeavyBid) estimating software and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital cost estimates for transportation/transit projects.
• Review contractor proposals for various procurement types.
• Review and validate change orders.
• Interface with external clients in the presentation of capital costs.
• Maintain organized and detailed files, project records, and logs.
• Attend project meetings as required.
