Jacobs is seeking a Heavy Civil Senior Estimator for projects in the Eastern United States, involving highways, bridges, transit, rail, airports, and urban development. You will develop capital cost estimates, review proposals and change orders, and interface with clients to present costs.

The role requires extensive heavy civil estimating experience and familiarity with transportation project life cycles. A hybrid work model is offered with office visits twice weekly.

Formación

• Extensive estimating experience for heavy civil construction projects.
• Progressive cost estimating experience in transportation projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HCSS HeavyBid and BlueBeam.

Responsabilidades

• Develop capital cost estimates for transportation/transit projects.
• Review contractor proposals for various procurement types.
• Review and validate change orders.
• Interface with external clients in presenting capital costs.
• Maintain organized files and project logs.
• Attend project meetings as required.
