Ideal candidates bring extensive heavy civil estimating experience, knowledge of transportation projects, and proficiency with MS Office, HCSS HeavyBid, and BlueBeam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Progressive cost estimating experience in transportation projects.
• Proficient use of MS Office, HCSS (HeavyBid) and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop capital cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Review contractor proposals for various procurement types.
• Review and validate change orders.
• Interface with external clients in presenting capital costs.
• Maintain organized project files and logs.
• Attend project meetings as required.
