Job summary

The Hearing House by Beltone in Marshfield, WI is seeking an experienced Hearing Care Provider to join two established clinics. You will lead independent patient care, fit advanced hearing aid technology, and grow a successful practice with strong patient relationships.

Qualified Audiologists (Au.D.) or Hearing Instrument Specialists (HIS) with a passion for helping patients hear better are encouraged to apply. Competitive base plus incentives, PTO, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• Strong hearing aid dispensing experience.
• Proven ability to build patient trust and close treatment recommendations.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and fit hearing aid technology based on individual patient needs.
• Provide counseling, follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support.
• Build long-term patient relationships and drive patient satisfaction.
• Support practice growth through patient retention, outreach, and business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience.
