The Hearing House, part of Beltone Hearing Care Network, seeks an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to take over two established practices in Marshfield and Medford, WI. This full-time role involves evaluating, fitting, and counseling patients, with a focus on building relationships and growing the clinics.

Qualifications

• Licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
• Strong hearing aid dispensing experience
• Proven ability to build patient trust and close treatment recommendations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a successful practice
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Recommend and fit hearing aid technology based on individual patient needs
• Provide counseling, follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support
• Build long-term patient relationships and drive patient satisfaction
• Support practice growth through patient retention, outreach, and business development efforts
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
