Job summary

Arya Health is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist in New York to join a fast-moving startup building digital healthcare automation. You’ll be among the first support hires, troubleshooting product issues, and shaping the support function from the ground up.

Expect to handle inquiries across channels, create scalable playbooks, and partner with Product and Engineering to translate frontline signals into improvements.

Qualifications

• Startup experience in fast-moving environments creating process while doing the work.
• Calm, strong judgment to guide customers and avoid overpromising.
• Willingness to learn software deeply and partner with technical teammates.
• Ownership mindset to improve systems and prevent recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day customer support across email, chat, calls, and escalation channels.
• Resolve product questions, workflow issues, configuration needs, and blockers quickly and clearly.
• Document macros, troubleshooting guides, and internal notes for repeatable processes.
• Triages issues with CS, Deployment, Product, and Engineering.
• Track metrics like response time, resolution quality, and recurring themes.
