Job summary

Kforce is seeking a remote Senior Product Manager for a HealthTech platform. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a healthcare technology platform that supports operational, clinical-adjacent, and consumer experiences.

You will lead scalable B2B2C capabilities for enterprise customers, care teams, operations stakeholders, and end users, translating complex healthcare workflows into data-driven software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in software/SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Experience building data-driven platforms for complex workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI development and data-informed decisions.
• B2B2C product experience with enterprise and end-user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a healthcare technology platform.
• Lead scalable B2B2C platform capabilities serving enterprise customers and end users.
• Translate healthcare workflows into intuitive data-driven software solutions.
• Define requirements, user stories, success metrics, and release plans.
• Drive adoption of analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation within regulated environments.
