Job summary

MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead commercial solutions for pharma partners and agency clients. You will translate client signals into scalable product roadmaps, work closely with Sales Solutions, and drive monetization-focused initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.

You will collaborate with Content, Analytics, and Product Marketing, while leveraging AI-driven prototyping to accelerate development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping high-impact products.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and provide product judgment.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to experimentation and optimization.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, or revenue teams; monetization, pricing, packaging, or revenue-focused work is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for rapid prototyping and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zero to One development for Community Commercial Solutions and translate market signals into scalable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales Solutions to scope and prioritize inbound requests and monetize roadmap investments.
• Prototype concepts for client feedback to rapidly iterate toward market fit.
• Ensure solutions are productized, scalable, and can be maintained effectively after launch.
• Partner with Operations teams to set up, launch, and support commercial solutions.
