BERKELEY RESEARCH GROUP, LLC seeks a Transaction Advisory professional to support buy/sell diligence and financial analysis. You will contribute to reports and client deliverables, work with cross-functional teams, and help identify purchase price adjustments and deal insights.

Requirements include 3+ years in consulting, robust Excel skills, and strong communication. Up to 25% travel may be required. BRG values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis in Excel.
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative analyses and develop insights.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day activities of TA client service teams on buy/sell side diligence.
• Lead preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables.
• Identify issues for purchase price adjustments and deal structuring insights.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve engagement objectives.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
