Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Senior Territory Executive to drive revenue and EBITDA by expanding share within healthcare accounts in the Baltimore District. You will lead strategic territory plans, manage key accounts, and mentor peers, leveraging deep experience with healthcare systems and GPOs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs, manage external relationships through regular client visits, and apply Challenger Sales principles to close opportunities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare sales or related experience required.
• Experience working with healthcare systems and GPOs is essential.
• Proven track record in a team-based selling environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Time and Territory Management: sets long-term goals and develops annual/quarterly plans to achieve them.
• Customer Aligned Sales Process: adapts messaging to customers and closes opportunities.
• Insight Selling Methodology: translates product benefits to customers with insights.
• Equipment Value Management: demonstrates how EVM drives hospital workflow improvements.
• Mentorship and Leadership: guides and trains peers to foster high performance.
