Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysis of data gathering and propose implementation for system enhancements
• Manage system installations and upgrades from a systems perspective
• Assist with training IT and hospital personnel on new applications and changes
• Design and implement information, software, hardware, and operating systems
• Prepare policies and standards for system configuration
• Implement software on new and existing systems for department use
• Coordinate server and client-side system applications
• Develop and update operating manuals and contingency plans
• Assist Systems Analysts with system analyses on hospital information systems
• Research and test leading-edge system technologies
