Austin, United States health services project seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst 3 to design, develop, test, and support healthcare interfaces using HL7 v2 and FHIR standards. The role requires secure portal/API integration, RBAC, and cloud-based data ingestion with AWS HealthLake, Snowflake, and eICR capabilities.

• Candidates must meet the minimum requirements: 8+ years in designing, developing, testing, and supporting healthcare interfaces using HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, JSON, XML, data mapping, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and healthcare data exchange.
• 5+ years preferred in secure web portals or portal-integrated services with API integration, authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
• 3+ years preferred with FHIR solutions using US Core profiles and HL7 Implementation Guides.
• 3+ years preferred experience integrating with FHIR servers/APIs and related interoperability solutions.
• 3+ years preferred experience mapping, transforming, and validating healthcare data across HL7 v2, FHIR, and analytical data models.
• 3+ years preferred experience with healthcare terminology standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CVX, RxNorm).
• 3+ years preferred experience implementing FHIR solutions on AWS or similar cloud platforms and integrating healthcare data with cloud-based ingestion pipelines and analytics platforms.
• 3+ years preferred experience with modern application delivery practices (Git, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, logging).
• 1+ year preferred experience with AWS HealthLake, Snowflake, eICR, and public health reporting.
