Indiana University Health is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead staff and processes for supply distribution, linen and equipment handling at the Fort Wayne hospital. This full-time on-site role drives efficiency, planning, and continuous improvement across supply operations.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field (Master's preferred), and ERP/WMS expertise. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate handling equipment.

Qualifications

  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent years of experience is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires the ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment and must obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 2 weeks of first day.
  • Requires previous ERP or Warehouse Management System experience.
  • Requires long periods of standing and heavy pushing and pulling.
  • Requires the continuous ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist; lift up to 20 pounds from waist to over-the-head; carry up to 25 pounds.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent years of experience is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Requires the ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment and must obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 2 weeks of first day. Some assignments may require valid Drivers License for the State of Indiana.
  • Requires previous ERP or Warehouse Management System experience.
  • Requires long periods of standing and heavy pushing and pulling.
  • Requires the continuous ability to: lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist; lift up to 20 pounds from waist to over-the-head; carry up to 25 pounds.
