Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience; at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License for Indiana preferred.
• Requires proven experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Some assignments may require Material Handling Safety Training within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment.
• Requires long periods of standing and heavy pushing/pulling.
• Lift up to 50 lbs floor to waist; up to 20 lbs waist to overhead; carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees standards to ensure compliance.
• Maintains efficient operations and customer focus.
• Maintains organized work area to facilitate processes.
• Monitors employee time and payroll and provides mentorship.
• Tracks trends, documents concerns, and reports monthly.
• Monitors transportation and freight as needed.
• Contributes to department policy and procedures updates.
