Qualifications

• Ability to interact with senior leaders with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
• Work with hospital executive leadership to support prioritized initiatives.
• Provide PM support including scoping, planning, timelines, and progress communications.
• Collaborate with workgroups and leaders to develop solutions and advance initiatives.
• Report to the Senior Director of Strategy Implementation.
• Hybrid work model as needed.
