Ascend Learning is seeking a Sr Solutions Engineer to propel complex AISaaS sales with health systems, hospitals, and providers. You will bridge clinical realities with enterprise technology to drive evaluated deployments at scale.

The role emphasizes demonstrations, provider workflows, and collaboration with Sales to shape strategy and outcomes across nursing, HR, and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales in Healthcare SaaS.
• Direct experience supporting provider organizations and enterprise level sales cycles.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare workforce, staffing, and operational workflows.
• Ability to communicate with clinical leaders, HR leadership, operations executives, and IT teams.
• Proven executive presence, storytelling, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise demonstrations and tailored storytelling to stakeholders.
• Design demos reflecting frontline workflows, staffing models, and constraints.
• Lead executive-level presentations linking platform capabilities to workforce strategy and KPIs.
• Translate healthcare workforce and operational complexity into clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales on account strategy, demo approach, and win plans.
• Support discovery sessions, pilots, and proofs of concept for provider organizations.
• Explain integrations with enterprise ecosystems (EHRs, HRIS, payroll, scheduling).
