Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in IT with leadership and architecture experience.
- Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems in complex environments.
- Healthcare IT knowledge, payer-oriented processes, and regulatory awareness.
- Proficient at writing code and guiding SaaS architecture.
Responsibilities
- Provide authoritative advisory support to executives and IT on business and technical problems.
- Investigate new applications, systems, software, hardware and technologies.
- Communicate, mentor, and collaborate with development staff on technology implementation.
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, and executive stakeholders across healthcare capabilities.
- Design solutions improving experiences for members, providers, care teams, and communities.
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives, roadmaps, and future-state platform design.
- Shape next-generation healthcare solutions using AI, automation, analytics, interoperability, and cloud technologies.
- Participate in architecture quality reviews and governance.
- Estimate resources and timelines for projects and service implementations.
