Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience with hands-on coding.
- Experience building healthcare claims or financial processing workflows.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable).
- APIs and interoperability experience (FHIR/HL7 a plus).
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance healthcare software systems.
- Lead architecture decisions across payer and provider solutions.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop APIs and services enabling interoperability across systems.
- Guide engineering best practices and ensure quality and compliance.
