Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
Experience leading software development initiatives.
Experience mentoring and promoting engineering best practices.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architecture.
Experience with Agile development and cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
Experience with source control, CI, automated testing, and quality practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for software development initiatives.
