Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Professional Services Software Deployment Engineer III to lead complex deployment projects for pharmacy clients, coordinating with Product Management and Development to refine GA products and participate in Beta rollouts.

You will install and customize messaging solutions, work across Windows/UNIX/Linux environments, and serve as an escalation point for Levels I–III engineers, QA, and Support, ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in a Computer Systems field.
• Three years of demonstrated work experience in healthcare/pharmacy or related environment.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of HS diploma/GED, technical certification, and relevant systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and product consultant on deployment projects.
• Execute all aspects of complex software deployment and implementation.
• Provide input on project scope, forecast, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with client project management throughout all project phases.
• Conduct customer project calls and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Lead technical tasks to resolve issues during deployment.
• Document configurations and maintain central records for easy reference.
• Deploy applications on Windows, UNIX, and Linux servers; install databases.
