Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Exceptional visual design craft with modern, user-centered experiences.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Attention to detail, accessibility, usability, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits products and services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to identify opportunities.
• Use user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to ensure consistency across the member journey.
• Present design recommendations to stakeholders and align across teams.
• Contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable standards.
