You will collaborate with senior leaders to map processes, develop KPI metrics, and present recommendations that drive value.

The role emphasizes financial and operational modeling, revenue cycle expertise, and mentoring junior staff while contributing to business development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in healthcare, consulting, or healthcare-focused roles.
• Experience with revenue cycle in hospitals or large health systems.
• Knowledge of RCM KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; familiarity with Tableau/SQL/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess healthcare client operations via interviews, data collection, and process mapping.
• Lead financial/operational analyses and build pro forma, three-statement models.
• Develop KPI metrics and drive narrative for deliverables and presentations.
• Synthesize data to produce actionable recommendations and design workflows.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and client relationships.
