Job summary

StaffDNA in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for nursing healthcare professionals across travel, local, and permanent placements. You’ll build pipelines, screen candidates, and partner with account managers to fulfill client needs in a metrics-driven environment.

You’ll drive revenue by delivering high-quality placements and elevating the candidate experience, while leveraging modern recruiting tools and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare agency recruiting.
• Proven success placing allied, nursing, or locum tenens professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing workflows and urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a staffing environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare professionals
• Source, screen, and place candidates across travel, local, and permanent roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to understand career goals and match opportunities
• Partner closely with account managers and sales teams to fulfill client needs quickly and effectively
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs (submittals, placements, revenue, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
• Stay informed on industry trends, pay packages, and market conditions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement
