Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a results-focused Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) specialist to plan, configure, implement, and support complex healthcare workflow solutions. The role requires deep AR operations knowledge, denial management, and patient access, with hands-on AR prioritization and integration experience.

You will work with HL7 data, EHR/patient accounting platforms, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in collections and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of healthcare RCM and AR operations.
• Experience with AR prioritization, account segmentation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with real-time data integration (HL7) and daily file intake processes for healthcare software.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and patient accounting platforms.
• Strong communication, client management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
