Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.

• Proficiency with billing systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Submit, review, and process denied/unpaid claims with accuracy.
• Investigate claim issues, identify root causes, and suggest solutions.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload by age and complexity.
• Own AR process for assigned accounts with analytics and reviews.
• Collaborate with clinicians, practice owners, and customers for proactive account management.
• Build trusted relationships through regular meetings and communications.
