Qualifications

• Five-year bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Licensed architect with at least six years licensed experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate design, documentation, and client communications.
• Prepare scale drawings, contract documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate cross-discipline work.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors for project delivery.
• Document existing conditions and monitor project progress.
