Apogee Consulting is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead design and documentation for healthcare facilities, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, and ensuring construction follows the design intent.

The ideal candidate holds a five-year architecture degree, has at least ten years in the A/E industry with healthcare project experience, and possesses NCARB, LEED (or equivalent) certification; proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office is required.

Formación

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Education: five-year bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Experience: minimum ten years’ experience in the A/E industry (six years licensed), with proven healthcare project experience.
• Computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite.
• Travel up to 20% depending on project
• Licenses/certifications: State Architectural License, NCARB Certification, LEED or other certification (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Leads collaborative project teams with open communication and guidance for high performance and successful projects.
• Determines functional and spatial needs, design, specifications, materials, and costs with customers.
• Coordination of project layout and engineering for client approval.
• Creates construction contractor drawings and contracts.
• Oversees construction contracts and on-site plan compliance.
• Mentors junior staff and coordinates cross-disciplinary teams.
