Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Five-year bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum ten years in the A/E industry, six years licensed, with healthcare project experience.
- Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative project teams with clear guidance for high performance and design solutions.
- Determine functional and spatial needs, design, specs, materials, costs, and timelines with clients.
- Coordinate project layout and engineering for client approval.
- Create construction drawings and contracts.
- Establish and monitor discipline programs.
- Oversee on-site plan compliance and construction contracts.
