Josh Pros LLC seeks a Healthcare Project Architect to lead design and documentation in the Raleigh, NC office. The role spans from programming with clients to on-site construction oversight, ensuring healthcare facilities meet functional, regulatory, and performance goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive A/E experience, a state architectural license, NCARB certification, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the A/E industry.
• At least 6 years as a licensed professional; healthcare project experience required.
• State Architectural License and NCARB Certification required.
• Five-year Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative project teams with clear guidance and open communication to ensure high-performance design solutions and project success.
• Determine functional and spatial needs with clients, equipment requirements, materials, costs, and construction timelines.
• Create scale drawings and comprehensive construction contracts; develop project layouts and integrated engineering solutions for client approval.
• Manage junior designers’ drawings and specifications; monitor discipline-specific programs for accuracy and momentum.
• Oversee on-site construction administration to ensure plan compliance and design intent during building phase.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants; maintain project momentum through meeting minutes and updates.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff to support skill and career development.
